Ruler In Israel
In December of 2019, I had to memorize Micah 5:2 for my sabbath school lesson. My first inclination was to put the scripture to song. This would help me to learn it quicker. Through prayer the Lord helped me come up with the chorus for the song. To give the song more depth and to make it flow better I saw the need to bring in another verse. God impressed me with Isaiah 7:14. The two verses fit so well together since they were both prophesies about Jesus’ first advent. When I shared it with my family and friends, they really enjoyed the song and it became one of our favorites. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do. Let us not miss out on Christ’s second advent. If he came the first time, he will surely come again. God Bless!
